All Out Debt Recovery C.C was founded in April 2010. The member, Hannelie Fourie, has been actively involved in the debt collection industry for approximately 16 years prior to the start of All Out Debt Recovery. Our client base has increased considerably in the last few years, as we are an organisation who strives to maintain an excellent service at all times.
We are passionate, driven and determined to assist our clients in successfully recovering their outstanding payments and our goal is to maintain our professional and superior service to our clients in the collection of their outstanding debts, from small to medium business enterprises, to large scale institutions. We specialize not only in local collections, but also in international collections.

Services Rendered
We render the following services
Collections
All collections are done on a "no collection-no fee" basis. Every matter handed over for collection will be dealt with in a professional manner and the image of our client will not be tarnished in any way. As per our standard terms and conditions, a full and detailed progress report will be forwarded every 30 days to notify the client of the progress of the matters, and where possible, interim reports will be forwarded within the 30-day period
Legal Litigation
In the event of the debtor not settling the account or not responding to all of our efforts to collect the outstanding amount, the client will have the opportunity to immediately utilize the services of our Attorneys, who will be able to proceed with legal litigation against the debtor. The steps for legal action will be the following:
a) Issuing of a summons
b) Application for default judgement (once summons has been successfully
served upon the debtor)
c) Warrant of execution (attachment of goods via a Court Order, once judgement
has been granted
d) Section 65 financial enquiry
Default Listing
In the event of your debtor/s not honoring the payment agreement, you will have the option to instruct ourselves to proceed with a default listing against the relevant debtor. The above will only be carried through, once we received your instructions in writing.
You will then only receive an invoice from All Out Debt Recovery C.C, once the default listing has been successfully loaded on TransUnion database. Proof of the default listing will also be forwarded to yourselves. Once we have proceeded with the default listing, you will have the option to either:
a) Write the amount off as bad debt, if the amount outstanding is not worth proceeding with further
b) Instructing us to proceed with further legal action on the outstanding balance vial our attorney.
Tracing
Should we not be able to reach the debtor on any of the contact numbers supplied to us by the client, and if we do not have any additional information to work from, you will have the option to instruct ourselves to hand the matter over to our tracers in order for them to try and trace the whereabouts of the relevant debtor/s.
The tracers work on a No Trace - No Fee basis. Once we have received the successful trace report from our tracers, we will forward an invoice to yourselves for payment of their tracing fees.
TransUnion Credit Reports
We are subscribed with TransUnion Credit Bureau. All black listings are loaded directly on TransUnion database. We also provide and assist companies with commercial and consumer reports.
Consumer Reports – To provide information on the individual relating to defaults or judgements recorded against the consumer in his/her personal capacity.
Commercial Reports – To provide information on a company relating to principal summery, civil court records and defaults recorded against company, civil court records and defaults recorded against the members/directors, banking history, enquiry history, trade references, company status including registration details, physical and registered address and auditors.
How We Work
- The outstanding account is handed over to ourselves for collection.
- Supporting documents required- statement, credit application form with surety, copies of any payment demand letters sent to debtor, invoices and pod's, and correspondence between client and debtor relating to the outstanding account.
- The matter will be registered and the client will be notified via a formal report that the matter is received.
- Immediate telephonic contact is made with debtor to confirm handover of the account.
- Arrangements for payment is made and the client will be notified of the debtor's payment proposal.
- Once the offer has been accepted by the client, the agreement will be put in writing and the debtor will be provided with our trust account details for the payment to be made into.
- Once a payment is received by the debtor, the client will be notified immediately via a progress report.
- Payments are made to all our clients on the 3rd working day, after the payment from the debtor has cleared in our account.
- Once the payment has been made to our client, we eill forward the proof of payment to our client with a breakdown of the payment received from the debtor.
